1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a delivery with Otterflow Water Solutions, you're agreeing to our standard operating procedures. We've been perfecting our routes for over 12 years to ensure your purified water arrives exactly when promised. Do you have specific site access requirements? Please let us know 24 hours in advance.
1.1 Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made to the ground floor unless otherwise negotiated. Our team takes pride in safety; therefore, we won't bypass security protocols or enter private residential quarters without supervision. It's simple: we bring the water, you enjoy the purity.
2. Equipment Rental & Liability
Water dispensers provided by Otterflow Water Solutions remain our property. We'll maintain them, you just keep them clean. If a unit is damaged due to negligence (or if you try to open it with a hammer—it happens!), repair costs will be applied to your monthly statement.
2.1 Returns
Cancelled your plan? No problem. We'll collect our equipment within 7 working days. Please ensure units are drained and accessible to avoid a missed collection fee. We don't like charging extra, so let's keep the communication flowing.
3. Payments & Cancellations
How do we handle billing? Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month. We require payment within 14 days to keep your dispensers topped up. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of service because, quite frankly, trucks don't run on water alone.

Refunds for bottled water are only available for unopened, sealed products returned within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Emergency Deliveries
In cases of local supply failure, our emergency water delivery service takes priority. While we strive for 4-hour response times, high-demand periods might extend this. We're committed to the UK community first and foremost.
